License information relating to "Personal"

• This is a "personal license" - This subscription is intended for Companies/Individuals who have a project budget/revenue lower then $150.000,00 annually. You can use the content you download via this license option in your projects as long as the budget/revenue does not surpass $150.000,00. If it surpasses the amount we require you to upgrade your subscription.

License information relating to "Commercial"

• This is a "commercial license" - This subscription is intended for Companies/Individuals who have a project budget/revenue lower then $1 Million annually. You can use the content you download via this license option in your projects as long as the budget/revenue does not surpass $1 Million. If it surpasses the amount we require you to contact us for an enterprise license.

ScansMatter.com offers both Personal/Non-Commercial and commercial licenses for its digital content:

• Personal License: Ideal for individuals creating personal or low-profit projects, available via credits.
• Commercial Licenses: Required for projects intended for commercial use or financial gain. All content purchased traditionally (not via credits) or through commercial credit top-ups is for commercial use.

2. License Conditions and Restrictions

Users may modify content for their projects but are prohibited from directly reselling or redistributing ScansMatter content, including within larger assets or bundles. Content may only be shared as part of a completed project (e.g., a game or video) where the original files are not accessible to others. Attribution is not required but encouraged, as credited works may be featured by ScansMatter.

3. License Duration and Termination

Licenses are perpetual for downloaded content. However, ScansMatter reserves the right to revoke licenses and take legal action if terms are violated or if content is used in unauthorized ways.

4. Transferability of Licenses

Licenses are generally non-transferable. If you wish to transfer a license to another user or company, please contact us directly to discuss potential options.
