Commercial Credit Pack License

This license applies to content obtained through paid credit packs on ScansMatter. It grants a commercial, perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use downloaded content in commercial projects, provided that the higher of (a) the licensee’s annual company revenue or (b) the relevant project budget is below $500,000 USD.

If your company revenue or project budget exceeds $500,000 USD, you must stop using ScansMatter content in new work and contact ScansMatter for a custom license. Content already incorporated into completed work may remain in that completed work.

1. Permitted use

You may use, modify, and incorporate ScansMatter content into commercial projects such as games, films, videos, visualizations, marketing materials, and similar end products, as long as the original source files are not made accessible to the public or to unauthorized third parties.

One license is sufficient for one project workflow. The licensed content may be used through one ScansMatter account, and may be shared internally with employees of the purchasing company and with external contractors only where access is necessary for that same project.

External contractors may use the content only for the specific licensed project and only during the duration of that project. They may not reuse the content in any other project.

2. Restrictions

You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, upload, share, or otherwise make ScansMatter content available as standalone files, whether modified or unmodified.

You may not include ScansMatter source files in downloadable environments, asset packs, templates, plugins, starter kits, scene files, or any other deliverable where users can access, extract, or reuse the original files.

You may not transfer this license to another person, company, or entity without prior written approval from ScansMatter.

3. AI and dataset prohibition

ScansMatter content may not be used for artificial intelligence, machine learning, dataset creation, model training, fine-tuning, synthetic data generation, or similar workflows without ScansMatter’s prior written consent and a separate custom license.

This restriction applies to all ScansMatter content, including 3D assets, materials, textures, references, and any related files.

4. Duration and termination

The license for downloaded content is perpetual, provided you remain in compliance with these terms. ScansMatter may revoke the license or take legal action in cases of misuse, unauthorized redistribution, unauthorized AI use, fraud, or other violations of its legal terms.

5. Attribution

Attribution is not required unless explicitly stated for a specific product. Any voluntary credit to ScansMatter is appreciated but not mandatory.
